Your books, kept the way a Brazilian founder in the U.S. actually needs them.

What I handle

Bookkeeping built around how Brazilian-owned U.S. businesses actually operate.

Monthly bookkeeping
Transaction categorization, bank and card reconciliation, clean books ready for your CPA or EA at tax time.
Sales tax monitoring
Nexus tracking across states, Shopify and marketplace exports, and flagging exposure before it becomes a problem.
QuickBooks & platform setup
QuickBooks Online configuration, Shopify integration, and reporting built for how you actually run the business.
Cross-border coordination
Working directly with your U.S. CPA or EA so nothing falls between the Brazil side and the U.S. side of your filings.
Why a Brazilian-run practice

You shouldn't have to explain your business twice.

Most U.S. bookkeepers have never worked with a Brazilian-owned LLC, an S-Corp with a Brazilian founder, or the cross-border reporting that comes with it. I have — for years, and remotely, which is exactly how most of my clients need it done.

Bilingual, working in Portuguese and English
Fluent in sales tax nexus, multi-state exposure, and the Brazil-side declaration obligations that follow U.S. income
Works alongside your U.S. CPA or EA for anything that requires a signature — no gaps, no guessing
Where I stand today

Fifteen years of Brazilian accounting practice, plus U.S. credentials currently in progress.

I'm building toward two U.S. credentials in parallel. Here's exactly where each one stands, so you always know what I can sign and what still routes through a licensed U.S. professional.
